2. Coaching Workshop (2-Day Program)
We provide a 2-day workshop which will give leaders the basic skills they need to apply to coaching around a model designed to enable them to coach effectively. The program is designed to teach the skills and to give ample practice time so that each individual has feedback on their performance. This will help the participants to focus on the areas they most need to perfect.
- Enhance performance through personal paradigm shifts
- Embed corporate coaching into the culture of your organisation
- Maximise the value of your followers through coaching
- Identify the differences between Coaching, Managing and Leading
- Position Strategic Coaching in your organisation as a highly creative and collaborative partnership
Aim
"With all the information available today, the manager can no longer have all the answers. Whereas, in a coaching role, you are not expected to have all the answers. In a coaching role, you ask the questions and rely on your staff, who become the experts, to provide the information."
Byron & Catherine Pulsifer,
from Why All This Talk of Coaching Rather Than Managing?
Provides complete coaching and support for leaders, developing and using their skills, so that the coaching culture becomes completely instilled to create an environment in which the spirit of the organization moves the brand.
- Support and maximise followers performance and development
- “Peer coach” as a key way to provide support and guidance to each other in challenging environments,
- Possibly “coach up” by coaching their superiors to enhance their own ability to lead and manage in a 360° feedback situation.
